Dr. Önder Bulut is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering at Yaşar University, Izmir, Turkey. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. His research interests include stochastic modeling, production and inventory systems, simulation, dynamic programming and optimal control. He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
